The mission of Synam Africa is to connect businesses to potential clients by enhancing their online presence. To achieve our mission, we provide businesses with services such as Web Design, Web Optimization, Online Advertising, Article Writing, and Web Content Management.

Information We Collect
Our Privacy Policy applies to anyone using the Synam Africa Website. The personal information provided to or gathered by Synam Africa. If you have any concern about providing information to us or having such information displayed on the Synam Africa website or otherwise used in any manner permitted in this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, you should not use the Website or employ our services. If you have already employed our services, you should terminate those services as per the terms of our contract.
We collect information when you use the Synam Africa website or participate in our research process. You understand that, by creating an account, Synam Africa and others will be able to identify you by your Synam Africa user profile, and you allow Synam Africa to use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our

 

User Agreement.
You may also share personal information of other individuals (e.g. clients) such as name, email, phone number and company to support our reference check and review process. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing Synam Africa with their personal information. Client personal information is only used in the reference check and review process and is managed in accordance with other personal information collected by Synam Africa.

We communicate with you through email, notices posted on the Synam Africa website, and other means available through the Service. Examples of these messages include: (1) welcome and engagement messages - when you subscribe to Synam Africa, we may send you a series of emails to inform you about how to make use of the Synam Africa website and services as well as new features; (2) service messages – these will cover service availability, security, and other issues about the functioning of Clutch; (3) promotional messages –may contain promotional information directly or on behalf of our partners.
Any information you put on your user profile and any content you post on Synam Africa may be seen by others. We don’t provide any of your non-public information (like your email address) to third parties without your consent, unless required by law, or as described in this Policy.
